Our beef and pork is caringly raised on our farm in Northern NY. We collaborate with local partners to offer other products such as raw honey, maple syrup and eggs.

As the name implies these roasts are fresh, otherwise known as "uncured". Great pastured pork flavor without the nitrates and other additives in cured ham. Our fresh ham steaks come in 1 pound steaks.

Local deliveries typically occur between 4:00-7:00pm Monday - Saturday. Your delivery day will be scheduled at time of order.

Yes! Crystallization of raw honey is a natural occurrence. Raw honey has small particles of pollen, beeswax and other nutrients, all of which provide the extra health benefits of raw honey but does lend itself to natural crystallization.
If your honey crystallizes you can revert it back to a runny consistency simple by placing your jar of honey in a bowl of warm water and letting the heat reverse the process. You may need to stir the honey inside the jar to assist in the process. Be patient, depending on the size of the jar this could take around 30-45 minutes. Then enjoy!
